Für ein internationales Unternehmen im Raum Düsseldorf suche ich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Brand Marketing Lead (m/w/d). Das dynamische Unternehmen, mit Fokus auf nachhaltige und kostensparende Lösungen, ist seit über 50 Jahren global tätig und befindet sich in Deutschland in der Wachstumsphase. In dieser strategisch wichtigen Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die weitere Entwicklung und Wahrnehmung der Marke in Deutschland und berichten direkt an den Marketing Director Deutschland.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Markenstrategie
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Bewertung von Marketingmaßnahmen und -kampagnen (online & offline)
  • Weiterentwicklung der Brand Guidelines und Verantwortung für die konsistente Markenpositionierung an allen relevanten Touchpoints
  • Verantwortung für den Markenplanungsprozess, z.B. Kommunikationsstrategie, Kampagnenkalender, Segmentierung
  • KPI-Tracking sowie Analyse von u. a. Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Zielgruppendaten zur Ableitung fundierter Wachstumshebel
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Fachbereichen (u. a. Digital, Social, Creative, Product) des Unternehmens auf nationaler und globaler Ebene

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wirtschaftliches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (operativ + strategisch) im Marketing, Markenaufbau sowie in der Kundensegmentierung
  • Expertise in der Führung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Kanälen und Touchpoints
  • Erfahren in der Führung und Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen
  • Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
