**Marketing Assistant Europe - ESS & Automotive (all genders)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan fairs incl. staff, exhibits, booth Design, Hotels, Transportation, etc.
- Qualify, instruct and control service providers such as booth builders, Press, MK Agencies etc.
- Translate and proof-read print Materials
(German
English)
- Collaborate closely with PM and sales to develop the right Marketing tools (B2B and B2C)
- Collaborate with international Marketing Teams, Design Studio etc.
- Set up annual MK Plan for ESS
- Build and provide content for ESS Customers, which they can use to promote the A123 ESS Products
- Plan and execute Customer events
- Feed official Social Media channels with A123 content
- Improve A123 brand awareness

**Education & Experience**:

- Significant experience in B2B2C Marketing.
- Experience in the Solar / Battery Energy Storage Market preferred
- Ability to negotiate with external Agencies
- Creative and pro-active approach

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- A fundamental understanding of the core technology with its benefits and identification of its unique selling points
- Understanding of the Solar/BESS Market and its main Distributors
- Must be a creative thinker
- Must be a team player, who thrives in a start-up culture with minimum or developing policies and procedures and confident in sharing opinions with all levels of management
- Must be self-motivated
- Excellent language skills in German and English. A third language is preferred
- Proficient in working with MS-Office and Adobe
