**The role - your passion**
- You will be responsible for leading, building and continuously developing the Data & Analytics team
- Your mission with your team will be to enable all roadsurfer teams to make better decisions by ensuring availability, usability and visualization of the right data/information/KPIs needed in their function
- You will take care of running a solid database, BI infrastructure and ensuring the information flow together with the Tech Department
- You proactively identify and unlock large business potentials by spearheading advanced analytics at roadsurfer (i.e., big data analyses, ML forecasting, etc.)
- You build and develop a team that is not only strong in analytics but also excels at providing concrete, business-oriented recommendations and actions to your stakeholders

**What you need to surf the wave with us**
- You already have several years of professional experience as a BI Analyst, BI Engineer, Data Scientist, Web Analyst or comparable positions with independent responsibility
- You also have at least two years experience as functional lead, preferably as a manager
- You have experience in crafting the data strategy as well as successfully developing and owning the data/ BI infrastructure of an organization
- You have already worked in a startup or have experience with similar rapidly growing structures
- You think strategically and always have the big picture in mind but drive your topics in a hands-on manner whenever needed
- You consider yourself a strong stakeholder manager with strong communications skills and business fluency in English
