**THIS IS THE JOB**
- You become a team member of a new division created beginning 2021 tackling end2end embedded software engineering for Automotive electronic control units
- You support the foundation and operation of the Local Expertise Center for Automotive Software Engineering and contribute to technical, administrative and organizational topics
- Contributing to a global organization, with your broad understanding and knowledge of the field, you will act as an expert in the body control module domain
- You are supporting the sales organization by working on proposals or customer meetings for pre-sales
- You support recruitment activities as a domain expert
- You train teams on customer specific topics
- You ensure that assigned teams master their associated domain, having overview of current developments in the market, contacts to at least one OEM in the area of the associated domain, mastering the necessary development steps

**THIS IS WHAT WE NEED**
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar with minimum 6 years prof. experience in automotive engineering industry
- Proven experience related to automotive embedded software development (preferably for OEM/TIER1 projects)
- Skills:

- Domain Expertise in the area of BCM
- Expert in the Autosar Application Software development and RTE interfacing
- Knowledge of LIN, CAN, ISO-TP/TP2.0/, UDS/KWP2000 communication protocols, ODX, automotive diagnostics
- Experience in Automotive networks - Ethernet, CAN
- Enjoys working independently, focused and proactive in a highly team and client-oriented environment
- Enthusiastic, flexible and keen approach to learning, etc.
- Structured individual with good problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in customer facing role, confident and thoughtful
- Must be able to work alone with minimum guidance, but also be able to operate effectively as part of a team
- Ability to see the bigger picture but have a passion for details where it matters (out of the box thinking)
- Excellent communication skills: mandatory C1 or equivalent English
- and mandatory B2 or equivalent German language skills. French is a big PLUS
