**Your mission**:
At the heart of our organization lies a commitment to our people. We're searching for a compassionate and driven Recruiter for Field Workers to join our HR team. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, ensuring that every individual who joins our team feels valued and supported.- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process
- Continuously refine recruitment strategies for improved efficiency and quality
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
**Your profile**:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in skilled trades
- 1+ year(s) of experience in performance marketing, including running social media campaigns
- Fluency (C2) in German is a must
- Fluency (C1) in English is required
- A commitment to diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process
