**Beginn: a.s.a.p. / Dauer: 6-8 Monate / Ort: Berlin, Remote**
Unser Kunde ist einer der größten kommunalen Betreiber Europas. Mit mehr als 600 Mitarbeitern und einem Umsatz von circa 22,0Mio Euro, stellen Sie als Senior Recruiter den aktuellen Bewerbungsprozess sicher und behalten stehts den Überblick über die Bedürfnisse der Bewerber und die Erwartungen unseres Kunden.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Qualitative und quantitative Sicherstellung des Recruitingprozesses
- Schnittstelle zwischen Bewerber und interner Recruiting Abteilung
- Direkte Berichterstattung an das interne Recruiting sowie an die Teamleitung Personal, sowie Reporterstellung
- Einhaltung und Berücksichtigung der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen
- Dokumentation sowie Qualitätssicherung der Anforderungen
**Ihr Profil**:
- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal / HR oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Nachweislich Berufserfahrung im genannten Aufgabengebiet
- Routine im Umgang mit HR und MS-Office Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch, sowie kommunikativer Teamplayer mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Gestandene Persönlichkeit und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil mit viel Eigeninitiative, analytischem Denkvermögen sowie einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
