**Vice President (m|w|d) of Performance Management - Corporate Development**

**We are committed to driving transformation and performance at Voith. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President (m|w|d) of Performance Management to join our Corporate Development team.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage significant transformation projects within Voith, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Act as a Performance or Restructuring Manager within Operating Units, collaborating directly with management to drive performance improvement measures, restructuring initiatives and to ensure target achievement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across various units.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the board, senior management and other key stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support in performance management and restructuring efforts.

**Qualifications**
- Extensive experience in strategy or restructuring consulting, with a proven track record of leading large projects and teams.
- Operational experience as the head of an operational unit, plant or legal entity.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities, with a dynamic and communicative approach.
- Demonstrated experience in performance improvements or restructuring and achieving sustainable business results.
- Results-driven, open and proactive in engaging directly with managers of various units, fostering collaboration and driving change.
