Marvel Fusion, founded in 2019 and based in Munich, is a technology pioneer in the field of safe, clean, and reliable power generation. With the aim of solving one of the biggest problems of humanity, we are developing a completely new type of fusion energy technology that dramatically increases the probability of fusion and builds on recent advances in laser and nanoscience.

The impact you will make
As a part of Marvel Fusion’s legal team, you will oversee all relevant legal matters, ranging e.g. from regulatory compliance, supporting financing rounds, corporate matters, commercial law, IP to administrative law.

You will report directly to the General Counsel and work closely with her, the rest of the legal team and outside counsel on a broad variety of matters.

When doing so, you will handle independently or as part of the team negotiations with outside partners and support Marvel Fusion’s management in achieving commercially viable solutions.

You will take responsibly from day 1 to independently review and handle matters and contribute to Marvel Fusion’s success.
The job will provide significant flexibility while at the same time requiring high commitment and engagement.
What you bring

Fully qualified lawyer (inside or outside Germany),

Excellent legal skills (which do not necessarily need to be reflected in grades),

Relevant work experience,

Excellent proficiency in English, German is a plus,

Good understanding of economic contexts,

Excellent ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to actively detect and solve problems,

Flexibility and passion to handle unfamiliar legal questions,

Very diligent, reliable, precise, and still pragmatic way of working,

Ability and willingness to assume responsibility.
