**Job Description**:
If you are a qualified enthusiastic legal professional, you may be the expert we are looking for to join our dynamic team in Germany. As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of contracts and provide legal advice on corporate matters.

Your role:

- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements (including templates) and other contracts (vendor, service agreements)
- Drafting and reviewing corporate documents
- Providing legal advice and support within the legal department and to other PSI departments
- Developing, reviewing and ensuring compliance with PSI policies, procedures and instructions related to legal matters and/or pertaining to the legal department
- Identifying and researching various legal matters and assessing the impact on PSI’s business

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Law, with excellent knowledge of contract law
- Previous experience in contract drafting and negotiation, and providing legal advice on corporate matters
- Full working proficiency in English and German
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in an international commercial practice is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and also in a team (globally)
- Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under tight deadlines
