**Your daily doing will involve**:
- You independently and reliably handle the administrative tasks that arise on a day-to-day basis
- You coordinate the communication with our customers (e.g. orders, invoices)
- You take care of the administration of the vacation database and the time sheets of our working students
- You organize parties and team events and are responsible for the birthday and Christmas presents of our colleagues
- You support the Orga team in planning trips for our employees
- You help with the creation of the monthly internal newsletter
**Your profile**:
- Careful, structured, analytical and independent way of working
- Ideally experience in the commercial field
- Good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- You enjoy contact with colleagues and customers as well as working with software
- A 15-hour work week would be desirable
- Mainly presence in our office in the city center of Würzburg in order to support our team optimally
