How do we transport our products from the production site to the right place, in the right quantity, at the right time? Sustainable and quick processes are our focus along our supply chain.

**Your responsibilities at C&A**
- Develop, implement, and manage an efficient day-to-day logistics inbound supply chain from Asia to Europe to optimize costs, quality and service levels
- Steer and manage the external service providers based on service level agreements and measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to create a transparent and efficient transport solution
- Plan, steer and optimize the inbound transport logistics cost budget
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Prepare, arrange, negotiate and lead service provider tenders and contracts to deliver high effective services based on compliant standard approaches in cooperation with Indirect Procurement
- Develop and implement an environmentally friendly transport network
- Generate and manage a transport risk management and run comprehensive mitigation solutions
- Develop and coach direct reports and team members to deliver state of the art and high value solutions to all stakeholders
- Participate (in changing roles) in cross-functional projects

**What we expect from you**
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration or equivalent working experience
- Minimum 7 years of Transport or Logistics work experience
- Experience in negotiations, contracting and co-operation with external business partners
- Proven record of managing complex huge innovative processes in a wide transport network
- Analytical skills to analyse data and draw conclusions from the results
- Deep knowledge in sea-, air
- and rail-transport as well as warehouse/cross-dock experience
- Experience in transport Planning & Management Systems and Warehouse Management Systems of advantage
- Fluent in English and minimum good German knowledge
