The Solutions Development team is analyzing the market for PV & Heating products to create the most relevant, sustainable and efficient solutions for our customers. One part of it is our E.ON Home App which helps our customers across the regions to understand, control and optimize their energy consumption and production in their homes.

**Your tasks**:

- Understand E.ON Home Product Owner, ESOL Product Managers requirements and customers needs
- Work directly with hardware suppliers and understand the way we should connect to their devices to get data and steer them
- Map available end points to our Back End structure
- Analyse technical documentation and propose solutions to Product Managers
- Work with software developers and support them in implementing and maintaining the infrastructure
- Gathering of requirements and definition of features including test scenarios
- Ensure timeliness and quality of product features (as agreed with PO/M’s)

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Enthusiasm for technological trends, Customer Centricity mindset and understanding of how data-driven decision-making can transform both products and businesses
- Enjoy working as part of a cross-cultural team and like new challenges and exciting projects
- Fluency in English is a must, German is a plus
