**Your tasks**

**HR Controlling**
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and analyzing key HR performance metrics and KPIs
- Contribute to the preparation of HR budgets and forecasts
- Support in monitoring and analyzing workforce-related data, identifying trends, and providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Help create and maintain dashboards and reports for HR metrics.
- Supporting in Compensation and Rewards topics

**Data Science Basics**
- Assist in data cleaning, preparation, and visualization to improve the accuracy and clarity of HR insights.
- Support the implementation of simple predictive and prescriptive analytics models to forecast HR trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends in HR analytics and data science to suggest innovative approaches to problem-solving

**Your Qualifications**
- You are an enrolled student with a strong interest in HR-Controlling and the field of Data Science
- You have a strong ability to systematize a wide range of information in a short period of time and to work out the relevant interrelationships
- Ideally, you have gained initial experience in the field of HR or finance/controlling and have good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- You work independently and are a team player with the will to drive change processes in addition to line tasks
- The trustworthy handling of sensitive data is a matter of course for you
- You are characterized by accuracy, reliability, initiative and self-responsibility
- You have a high affinity for IT and an interest in the products of personnel controlling and gained experience with Python, R & SQL
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
