In your role as "Chief of Staff (f/m/x)" you will support our Mangement Board in operational and strategic business matters, advise and co-steer diverse cross-functional teams with your expertise and drive. **Requirements**: **Your contribution**: - You will work with and support members of the leadership team in setting and prioritising business strategies and provide analysis, recommendations and options in relation to high-impact decisions - You will collaborate with and support leaders in implementing, monitoring and communicating progress on business goals, transformation and culture and you will provide analysis, recommendations and advice to functional leaders to improve teamwork in the Venture Studio and Ventures. - You act as an interface to the Advisory Board and the Supervisory Board, and you prepare and follow up on meetings, act on behalf of the Board in many cases and could represent them in front of the leaders and in the advisory boards of the Ventures. - You will Lead and facilitate high impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation - You will plan, coordinate and keep contents of leadership meetings focused **What we expect**: - You have several years of experience in corporate management, operational management or management consulting - You have experience in the startup, venture studio and/or internet of things industry - You have proven experience in project management and data analysis and you are a strategic thinker who is able to present and convey your ideas to a variety of stakeholders. - You have a self-confident and engaging manner and can quickly connect with others and convince different personalities through your positive nature. - You have a good command of oral and written communication in German and English Offer Your development - Plenty of room for personal growth, knowledge exchange and professional development - Work in an innovative environment Your work-life balance - Flexible working hours and work models for your individual work-life balance Your benefits - Discount for your Urban Sports membership - Through our benefits programs, you have a choice of 70 different providers
