**Team Lead Application Management (f/m/d)**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop the maturity of Application Operations to improve efficiency, deliver new innovations and increase collaboration with other IT and business areas (e.g., through Agile, DevOps, platform, and product approaches)
- Work with the IT leadership team on the service portfolio and governance required to prioritize resources, including budget.
- Collaborate with the Security Information Team to ensure the IT Application Team contributes to, embraces, and applies security strategy.
- Work with key stakeholders to measure and prioritize technical debt remediation.
- Establish and monitor effective controls for the processes and functions performed by the team. Support periodic reviews by audit teams, compliance teams and other risk-related functions as required.
- Improve IT resilience by executing strategies that improve reliability, tolerability, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Collaborate with your direct reports to support their career progression and assist them to realize their potential

**Your qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Several years of experience in IT or business/industry
- First experience in leadership responsibilities, including strategic execution
- Leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate a team vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns with the IT and business strategy.
- Strong business acumen, including industry, domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units.
- Self-starter who self-assesses and solicits feedback from others to improve their performance.
- Delivery of hybrid working excellence to improve customer and user experiences.
- Developing governance practices to track and measure the quality of services and maintain service improvement plans.
