**YOUR TASKS AND TARGETS**
- Setting up the equipment and managing the production.
- Maintaining, servicing and cleaning the equipment.
- Contributing good ideas to optimise the manufacturing process.
- Responsibility for 1-2 employees at your plant.
- Compliance with our high quality and hygiene requirements.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Experience & talent in the manual and technical field

as well as a systematic and logical way of working. ** **Completed vocational training is not required*
- You enjoy technology and like to optimise it.
- Good communication skills in German or English.
- High quality awareness.
- Prepared for shift work (three shifts).
- You are a real team player.

**WE OFFER YOU**
- An hourly wage between 16.00 and 18.00 euros per hour in the first year. A higher hourly wage (performance-based) can be offered after one year.
