In your new role you will:

- **Be responsible for external financing **(equity, debt, rating) and **internal financing related topics and projects**:

- **Plan and lead the execution of complex, cross-departmental financing projects **including the **negotiation of terms & conditions**:

- **Carry out work related to financing matters **in the **context of M&A project**:

- **Analyze and approve requests of subsidiaries in financing related aspects of guarantee **, **leasing **and **prepayment matters**:

- **Advise subsidiaries on intercompany financing topics**:

- **Foster **the **relationship with banks and investors**

You are able to quickly establish relationships with other colleagues and financing partners through your open, friendly, clear and coherent communication style. At the same time, you get quickly to the heart of topics. Based on your high intrinsic motivation, you challenge and develop yourself and others. You demonstrate an independent working style and conscientiously work on making things better and more efficient with the objective of “zero-defect”.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Business Administration, Banking, Finance & Accounting **or similar
- At least **9 years of profound working experience in a finance related function **, ideally **gained in the Corporate Finance department of a Corporate or Banking environment**:

- **Profound understanding of financing matters **related to **Equity Capital Markets **, **Debt Capital Markets and Loan Markets is a must**:

- **Expert knowledge in MS Office **(especially Excel and PowerPoint), **Bloomberg knowledge **is a plus**:

- **Knowledge of Infineon and/or Corporate related Finance/Treasury activities **is a clear plus
- **Excellent German and English language skills **(spoken and written)

The **Corporate Finance **department **(CFI) **is responsible for Infineon’s capital management with the key objective to ensure access to funding and financial flexibility on the basis of a sound capital structure. In line with this objective CFI taps the banking and capital markets through a range of instruments and structures and executes respective transactions. In that context, CFI is also responsible for Infineon's banking strategy. Within the Infineon group, subsidiaries are financed centrally which is planned and directed by CFI. In addition, the team advises and supports corporate projects such as M&A transactions on treasury-related topics as well as Divisional and Operational teams regarding financing related questions in the context of guarantees, leasing and prepayments.
