Project Support Associate

Molecular analysis of individual tumor tissue is necessary to develop tomorrow’s personalized cancer medicines. Our team is supporting the international biopharmaceutical industry since 2005 with high quality biomarker analysis in clinical trials and helped to bring many innovative therapies to the patient.

Tasks
- Processing of international course and training requests
- Organization and preparation of upcoming course activities
- Main point of contact for participants and external course coordinators
- Assistance for preparation of travelling for trainers, consultants and supporting staff (communication with sponsors and logistics agencies)
- Supporting team member for the course activities
- Administration of concordance projects and other nonclinical trial objects in cooperation with responsible project manager

**Requirements**:

- Successfully completed apprenticeship in the commercial sector (e.g. Commercial clerk, management assistant) or Bachelor degree in a related field
- Pronounced service orientation, confident and friendly appearance, strong communication skills
- Technical affinity
- Fluent in German and English
- Structured, responsible and independent way of working
- Willingness to flexible working hours
- Reliability and team spirit are prerequisite
