**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensuring effective software design in agile teams and incorporating ideas like Ongoing Testing and Continuous Integration
- Ensuring efficient processing and finalization of customer projects through a high proportion of reuse between projects using modular and platform approaches
- In charge of developing control, sensor/model, and actuator software as well as monitoring it for safety-critical systems, while overseeing a worldwide team
- In close collaboration with other software teams, define and continuously enhance the procedures, techniques, and instruments used in software development
- Participation in project reviews and representation of work packages in software development internally and in front of the customer

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, (technical) computer science, physics or a comparable field
- Many years of professional experience in model-based software development for safety-relevant systems in the automotive environment
- Good knowledge of the processes of ASPICE-compliant software development for safety-relevant systems in accordance with ISO 26262 as well as corresponding software development and configuration tools
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Initial leadership experience, confident appearance in speech and writing
- Strong communication and moderation skills, a high degree of initiative, a structured and independent way of working and enjoyment of teamwork
