**Director of Marketing Operations**:
At Memsource we help our customers go global. We provide a leading translation management system (Memsource) and software localization platform (Phrase), supporting 500+ languages, 50+ file types and covering the full range of enterprise localization use cases. With a global team working from our offices or from home across Europe, US, UK and Japan, we serve thousands of global customers, including leading brands such as Uber, Bosch, Lufthansa, Supercell, Vistaprint and Zendesk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft the Marketing Operations strategy to enable Marketing teams and executives to make the right decisions.
- Evaluate, select, implement and customize the best suited Marketing technologies for all Marketing teams.
- Ensure that all marketing activities are tracked correctly across the entire funnel.
- Provide Marketing teams and executives with insights regarding campaign performance across regions and segments.
- Make recommendations and inform stakeholders on optimization opportunities across all our campaigns and processes.
- Partner with Phrase’s BI team to ensure the marketing department can correctly report on the ratio between customer lifetime value and customer acquisition cost.
- Work with the Product and Product Marketing team on having product usage inform better marketing to our leads trialing Phrase.
- Manage and develop the current MarOps team and bring new talent onboard where needed.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage budgeting for the marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of experience including:

- 4+ years of management experience
- Direct experience in enterprise software industry and SaaS
- Strong leadership presence.
- Balance of strategic vision and tactical execution
- Extremely analytical and strategic.
- Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated experience designing an innovative marketing technology stack.
- Proven experience with change management and organizational transformation
- Familiarity with our tech stack is a strong plus
