**Vice President Client Service - Life Sciences**
**Location: Berlin, Germany**

**YOUR ROLE**:
We are looking for a Vice President Client Service to join our dynamic team in Berlin. As VP President Client Service, you will have a unique opportunity to be a true leader of our client relationships, to shape the client work, to attract and build talent, and to manage and develop a practice with our highly-talented and internationally-minded people. You will play a key role in the future of Genioo. With every client we serve, we change the way organizations experience projects. **WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Focus on several key clients by designing and implementing account strategies that deliver sustainable growth, and support other clients as needed.
- Drive the execution of strategic account plans; with internal teams for assigned accounts to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Develop and maintain meaningful and productive client relationships at all levels to ensure that strategic recommendations and creative deliverables surpass client expectations.
- Co-lead the commercial and client-facing activities with the Global Head of Commercial to ensure delivery of growth targets. Translate overall targets into concrete strategic plans for the Client Service organization.
- Lead by example and join key meetings with senior clients. Work with the teams to proactively identify and cultivate business opportunities, respond to customer requirements, and help craft insightful, high-quality solutions to solve complex business challenges.
- Build and manage a stable and high-performing Global Client Service organization through talent attraction, continuous development, and capability building that can deliver the highest level of client satisfaction on Genioo projects and proactively manage and deliver on Genioo's plan for growth.
- Tightly manage the Client Service organization's performance in terms of top line and profitability (managed revenue, utilization, client satisfaction, margins, etc.).
- Closely work with key Client Service leads to ensure we maintain strong project operations management across the full client account portfolio and project life cycles.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You excel at people management and have led teams of 5 or more direct reports in an operational environment for multiple years.
- You have demonstrated management skills and naturally lead, influence and collaborate with staff and colleagues at all levels. You motivate, encourage and build a star team, not a team of stars.
- You have 15-25 years professional experience, including 8+ years in management / strategy consulting from a top tier firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
- You have deep, cross functional Life Sciences knowledge and have delivered projects for: R&D, Commercial, TechOps, Supply Chain, Finance, Implementation, Digital, M&A or BD&L.
- You have line management / operational experience, ideally as a Chief of Staff or Head of Strategy (or equivalent), at a Life Sciences company.
- You have the ability to translate complex topics into simple terms and lay them out for a variety of stakeholders.
- You are a strong self-starter and possess an excellent grasp of financial and other drivers of our business.
- You are excited by category creation and have experience designing or delivering a new consulting model.
