Café / F&b Supervisor (M/F/d)

**ABOUT THE ROLE - YOUR MISSON**:
As a Café Supervisor, you are a member of the location team and report to the location manager. You aim to give every community member and guest an awesome experience during their stay at The Base. - What will you be doing, exactly?
F&B OPERATIONS
- Ensure the efficient and effective running of the Café in the property
- Cover shifts in the Café, serving breakfast, drinks and snacks
- Be highly visible and interface with customers on a regular basis and obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.
- Work with the Community Manager and the Venue Sales Manager to ensure the smooth running of events taking place
- Ensure that the vending machines and “Späti” Shelves are filled and look yummy
- Handle food & beverage orders and inventory
- Ensure all health & safety policies are met and your team is trained on a regular basis
- Recruit, coach, train and develop your team
- Organize the Shift Schedule and Holiday Planning
- Supporting the Marketing Team with Social Media Content
- On Site Sales activities like upselling and cross-selling

**Your profile - HARD FACTS**:

- You have worked in the F&B area in a leading position or have gained enough experience to take the next step in your gastronomy career.
- You love coffee and food and understand the market trends
- You genuinely love working with people. You enjoy open communication, are fluent in English (written and spoken, German is a plus) and you are a friendly and outgoing person face to face.
- You are happy to work in a startup environment and have a strong “hands-on” mentality.
- You don’t have a 9-5 mindset - we believe in a proper work-life balance, but also: great things take time (Don’t worry, we won’t ask you to be available 24/7 Just on that special day where a client holds most important event of the year or similar “all-hands-on-deck”-situations and on average one weekend per month. In return, we’ll make sure work life balance is not just a phrase.)
