THE ROLE
As a member of the Zattoo finance team, you will be responsible for accounts receivable and bank-related tasks for our three companies (CH, DE, USA). This includes the processing of all customer invoices and customer payments in an efficient and timely manner. In this role, you will benefit from a high degree of independence, allowing you to contribute and directly implement your own ideas. THE TEAM
Zattoo's finance team combines many years of experience with a high degree of responsibility and professionalism. We are currently seven people who take care of accounting, controlling, taxes, insurance and various processes centrally for the Zattoo companies in Switzerland, Germany and the USA.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Full responsibility for the Accounts Receivable Sub Ledger
- Processing customer invoices and preparation of reminder notices
- Perform customer account reconciliations
- Process bank postings and perform bank reconciliations
- Solving problems related to internal and external parties
- Back up for Accounts Payable Accountant
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities for your area of responsibility
- Maintaining master data in accounting
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Participate in ad hoc projects and support other team members
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- A completed commercial apprenticeship
- Further training in accounting is an advantage
- At least three years of experience in accounts receivable required
- Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills
- Proactive and independent working style
- Track record of delivering high-quality work
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Bonus: Accounts Payable experience
