The Mouser Electronics EMEA Finance team is in search of an engaged and competent person at the earliest possible date for the position of **Finance Data Entry (f/m/d)** **What to expect**: - Finance Data Entry performs data entry of customer payment receipts. Responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data. Proofs material entered as required and generates data reports as required - Reviews discrepancies in data received, requests clarification or advises supervisor of issues related to data, and performs data verification routines in accordance with company procedures - May interact with departmental and/or other staff on matters affecting data and makes recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval - Other duties as assigned **What we are looking for**: - Studies in business administration or similar field or commercial vocational training with a combination of education and experience - First work experience in Finance would be a plus - Accurate and focused working style - High affinity to numbers - Customer-oriented - Fluent in German and English, a third language would be a plus - Open-minded, strong in teamwork and collaboration - Proficient in MS Office, experience with an ERP system would be a plus **What we offer**: - An interesting, diverse role in a global company - Working in an international, dynamic team - Competitive payment with good social benefits (vacation allowance, contribution to saving benefits) - Access to numerous discounts via our Corporate Benefits Portal - Regular staff events - Subsidized "EGYM Wellpass" membership - Free German course - Subsidy for the MVV job ticket - Fruit & Drinks - Permanent contract **This position is located in our Munich office**: Mouser Electronics Inc.
