Als Head of trägst Du die wirtschaftliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für die Business Line Change & User Adoption in der HanseVision:
**Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortungen**:

- Verantwortung für den Geschäftserfolg und die Entwicklung der Business Line
- Übergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Absicherung von Kundenzufriedenheit und Geschäftserfolg
- Verantwortung für die bestmögliche Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden Deiner Business Line (persönlich, fachlich, methodisch)
- Disziplinarische Verantwortung für alle Mitarbeitenden der Business Line
- Kommunikation und nachhaltige Umsetzung von Entscheidungen auf Linien-Ebene
- Repräsentant beim Kunden/Partner und in Projekten
- Networking intern und extern, Zusammenarbeit bereichsübergreifend und gruppenweit fördern

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftspsychologie, Marketingkommunikation, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Leitung von Kunden in dem Verbund Projekt-Management, Change-Management und Technologie-Prozessverständnis
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis von Change-Management-Prinzipien, -Methoden und -Tools.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, um Veränderungsinitiativen effektiv zu steuern und die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen und Budgets sicherzustellen.
- Technische Affinität und Verständnis für IT-Systeme, um die Benutzerakzeptanz neuer Technologien zu fördern.
- Ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, ein Team zu inspirieren, zu motivieren und zu entwickeln.
- Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Ebenen zu interagieren.
- Analytische und strategische Denkfähigkeiten, um komplexe Veränderungsprozesse zu planen, zu überwachen und zu bewerten.
- Der richtige Mix aus Kommunikationsstärke, Kreativität und Beratungskompetenz
- Souveränes Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohe Eigeninitiative
