**Tasks**:

- Drive five major workstreams - enablement strategy, sales tools and methodology, training processes and systems (e.g. SFDC), leadership training and enablement
- Produce a world-class sales enablement program with meaningful content, training and tools that support delivery of revenue objectives
- Build out a full onboarding program, content, and training for new hires in Sales, Account Management, Client Success and support in coordination with the respective persons in the global offices
- Direct and lead sales enablement strategy including an activation plan to ensure the entire sales teams are equipped with the information, insights, and tools needed to drive revenue
- Evaluate workflow processes, recommend, and implement procedural and systems changes to deliver quality service to the sales teams.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate special requests, resolve workflow or production issues
- Coach and manage your team as well as the sales organisation to ensure skills and knowledge is continually developed to meet future marketing and business needs
- Develop and manage commercial operations programs, processes, and communications to maximize the sales teams’ effectiveness and sales results
- Responsible for the development, coordination, tracking, analytics, and payouts for all marketing efforts including campaigns, webinars and events
- Manage overall collateral and sales material distribution process, developing and implementing best practices, forecast and analyze usage of sales materials.
- Maintain effective partnership with sales management team to ensure strategic initiatives are developed and executed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of direct reports
- Proven project management skills with high-impact, large-scale projects; demonstrated experience in driving organizational change
- Demonstrated ability to work within a global organization, contributing to cross-functional plans and building stakeholder relationships
- Sales CRM experience and know how is beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English & German)
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, presentation and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of internal sales ecosystems & experience with partnering with product & content management teams and direct sellers

**The team**:
The **Sales Operations team** is part of the sales organization of Statista. We support more than 300 employees from the Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Service departments. Our tasks include analyzing sales data, forecasting, and the constant monitoring of KPIs. Not only do we strive to support our global Sales team on a daily basis by optimizing processes, but we are also responsible for the sales tools and systems, with Salesforce as our main CRM Tool. Within the Sales-Tech Team we have a full team of Admins, Consultants, Developers, and Product Owner to deliver new features and support the platform that is used daily by our colleagues.
