**Your day to day**:

- Define the roadmap for Business solutions based on Serrala's Business strategy.
- **Collaborations**: You will Collaborate with internal and external Business and IT stakeholders to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements,
- **Hands-on mentality**: You will review solutions and recommend improvements. You will groom and refine the requirements backlog and sprint planning, in liaison with Business Process Owners and Product Owners

**What makes you excel in this position**:

- **Solid background**:Excellent knowledge on Salesforce and SAP solution environment
- Business Intelligence & Database experience
- **Proven Success**: Professional skills in setting up and operate JIRA/Confluence environments to manage project portfolios.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills in English and the empathy to productively collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
- **Personality**: You are pro-active with a can-do attitude. You have Excellent relationship-building skills, - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends. You are able to actively make suggestions based on the results. You are available and responsive to question, clarifications and instructions. You have the ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels. You are a self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams. You have the ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence. You have a strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy. You have an excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Business and IT professionals.
