- WHAT YOU WILL DO- In this position, you will develop the talent marketing strategy together ensure the successful further development of our attractive employer brand for long-term positioning as an authentic and attractive employer
- You develop the talent marketing strategy together with our internal stakeholders and design, organise and execute effective talent marketing and employer branding activities
- You see yourself as a trend scout and always keep an eye on the latest developments in employer branding and derive fields of action for future talent marketing activities from them
- You design and produce content for our social media channels, our job advertisements and other employer platforms
- The coordination of university marketing activities as well as the organisation of and participation in nationwide recruiting events are also part of your tasks
- In addition, you will manage the selection process in end-to-end recruiting for a defined area of support
- WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- You have successfully completed your Bachelor's degree in economics, psychology or similar, ideally with a focus on human resources management or marketing
- You have already gained relevant professional experience in a company or an agency or consultancy
- You have already proven your analytical and conceptual skills in numerous employer branding projects
- You are a proactive personality with strong communication and implementation skills and a high affinity for digital media
- Your business fluent German and English skills round off your profile
