**Key Responsibilities**:
The Intern will work closely with the DACH regional team across a broad range of opportunities engaging in a wide variety of tasks, which include; assisting the investment team with the analysis of potential acquisitions; conducting strategic market and competitor analysis and research; and building an in-depth understanding of individual business models and their cost structures.
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
Successful past applicants have had a minimum of three months experience at a global investment bank, a high-end investment boutique, a top-tier strategic consultancy or reputable private equity firm

- Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities
- Strong commercial understanding and an ability to quickly familiarise themselves with complex industries and business models
- Ability to work autonomously and to take initiative
- Strong communication skills and be able to interact well in a team environment
- Show drive and commitment to exceed
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform tasks accurately while under pressure
Role Specifics:
This is a full-time internship, based in Cinven’s Frankfurt office. The intern will be allowed one home office day per week.
