Ihre Aufgaben- Betreuung der CAD / CAM Produkte mit dem Fokus auf unsere Software Boost (Programmierung unserer Laser
- und Stanzmaschinen) im globalen 2nd Level Support-
- Unterstützung unserer weltweiten Serviceorganisationen bei kundenseitigen Serviceanfragen zu unseren Programmiersystemen-
- Kompetenter Ansprechpartner bei Fragestellungen zur Bedienung und Vorgehensweise, zu Funktionalitäten, zu Netzwerk und Security Voraussetzungen, zu Inbetriebnahmen sowie zur Integration in die Infrastruktur beim Kunden-
- Beratung, Unterstützung und Weiterbildung unserer weltweiten Serviceorganisationen im Softwarebereich-
- Beratungsfunktion bei aktuellen Entwicklungsprojekten hinsichtlich der Produktplanung, Gestaltung der Usability, Softwarefreigabe und TestkundenprojektenWas wir suchen- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurswissenschaften bzw. Informatik oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker (w/m/d) der Fachrichtungen Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Maschinenbau-
- Idealerweise mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Software
- oder CAD/CAM-Umfeld-
- Problemlösungskompetenz-
- Gute Windows
- und Netzwerkkenntnisse-
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift- Was wir bieten-
