**Key roles & responsibilities**:
- Global project lead and first point of contact for all Coupa related topics and questions
- Coupa administration including maintenance of the tool and user management
- Leading regular meetings with Regional Procurement Excellence for Technology and Processes and Training of end users
- Global Lead for SAP MM Indirect Procurement in S/4 HANA - P2P
- Responsible for e-catalogs/ punchout catalogs
- Global project lead and first point of contact for all Sievo related topics and questions
- Ensuring business continuity (Sourcing, CLM, SIM) and further development of the system (e.g. forms, upload of CCCon contracts)
- Global communication of Procurement Excellence - technology topics
- Improvement of Global Procurement intranet (Coupa, S/4 HANA)
- Continuous development and process optimization
**Your Qualification and Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in working with data and tools (Procurement & Controlling)
- Master‘s degree in Business Administration or comparable degree
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Very good SAP S/4 HANA MM knowledge as well as wide and deep Coupa knowledge
- Solution-oriented mindset and structured working method
- Willingness and motivation to improve processes and systems
- Data analytics skills as well as Presentation skills and strong ability to communicate
- Fluent in English & German
