The Global Marketing Associate at Engineering Industries eXcellence is a part-time (~20 hours per week) professional that works very closely with marketing leadership and executes specific tasks. They can support a plethora of different internal marketing and external marketing needs and activities. The aim in this position is to learn about the different marketing pillars (digital marketing, campaign marketing, event marketing, content & creative marketing, business development), tools and processes, as well as to touch a number of different marketing activities, in order to develop and better define one’s skillset in the marketing field.

This position is 100% remote/WFH and can be based out of any of the following countries: Germany, France, Belgium, Spain or Hungary.

This role will report to our Global Associate Marketing Director and be based in EMEA time zones with the option to work remote in order to support a number of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Decks / presentations - branding, reviewing, creating- Graphics - social media (exposure to Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator/InDesign a plus)- Editing of webinars/videos - customer testimonials, event videos, marketing videos (exposure to video editing tools a plus)- Support in content creation & social media posting- Website task/design/development management- Data analytics & performance management- Event support and preparation (esp. in Europe)- Supporting third-party telemarketing/lead generation campaigns- Internal file management and communication- Content Management System (CMS) experience

Marketing background/education preferred as well as some exposure to different marketing tools covering a few of the different pillars. Ability to work with different types of people on different tasks.
