Working closely with our Engineering leadership, you'll drive the technical strategy that will shape the future of our web platform, impacting millions of users across Europe.

**‍‍ As a Head of Web at Qonto, you will**

**Leadership & People Management**:

- **Manage 3 teams** of 15+ engineers.
- **Coach your team leaders and engineers** to maintain quality and velocity while the team grows and complexity increases.
- **Provide technical leadership and mentorship** to managers, empowering them to make decisions and grow in their roles.

**Strategic delivery & Technical impact**:

- **Drive delivery** of product features and improvements with a high level of quality and on time.
- **Drive the ongoing React migration project**, balancing technical debt reduction with new feature development.

**Customer Focus & Stakeholder Management**:

- **Spread a culture** of continuous improvement: learn how to write better code to ship features faster.
- **Foster collaboration** with partner teams such as Product, Data, Backend, Mobile & and with third parties.

**About your future team**

You will be part of a team with high standards of performance, as illustrated in this other article. We strive for excellence in management: we developed a comprehensive management training program from scratch in only five weeks. This program is now used by several Tech teams to fast-track engineers to a Lead’s position.
