**Your Job**:

- You are responsible for successfully establishing the new “Second Hand” (C2C) business model at limango.
- You will manage customer retention on both the buyer and seller side.
- You are responsible for quality assurance processes and the seamless flow of sales and shipping processes.
- In your role as “Project Lead Second Hand Business”, you will work closely at the interfaces between CRM, marketing, sales, IT and customer service.
- You help to build a team and necessary processes to successfully operate this business model.
- You independently take responsibility for topics that are necessary for the success of this business model.
- Strategic orientation is just as much a part of your responsibility as operational steering.

**Your Profile**:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in the e-commerce industry preferred in customer relationship management.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are not afraid to take a hands-on approach.
- You have strong communication skills in both German and English.
- You know the German and international e-commerce market and already have some experience (private or professional) in the second-hand sector.
- Deadlines don’t stress you due to your excellent time management and organizational skills.
- You have an eye for details and enjoy improving processes.
- You have experience in building and developing a team.
