To reinforce our European Industrial team based in Duesseldorf we are looking for a highly motivated

SALES COORDINATOR INDUSTRIAL (F/M/D)
As a valuable member of the Industrial team, you will support and strengthen our sales activities with your strong pronounced
understanding of sales processes and profound knowledge of customs regulations paired with a positive attitude and high
engagement.

The position is initially limited to a period of two years, with the possibility of leading to a permanent position.
- JOB CONTENT- Order Management and Order Processing (Purchase & Sales), Creation of

documents, Control & Tracking of delivery to customer, Backlog and Change
- Management
- Delivery Plan coordination and implementation into ERP system
- Stock management with Monitoring of stock levels
- Customer service incl. Follow-up of customer inquiries and logistic escalations
- Reporting and Assistance with the preparation and assembly of reports and

presentations
- Support and development of the business relationship
- Close collaboration and support of our Sales Team with system related activities

like CRM maintenance
- Coordination of forecast, capacity & delivery results into high accuracy
