**Job Summary**

Applies acquired job skills to work on tasks that are semi-routine in nature. Focus is on semi-routine tasks within standard operating procedures. Supports the overall team.

**Responsibilities**
- Processing and documentation of customer support orders
- Installation, cabling and electrical connection of racks, server hardware and network components
- Installation and documentation of passive networks in copper and fibre optic design
- Carrying out measurements of the passive network infrastructure incl. documentation
- Installation of electrotechnical and mechanical components
- Monitoring the technical infrastructure

**Qualifications**
- Typically requires a high school diploma and proven years of equivalent work experience

**Requirements**:

- Willingness for shift work (24*7 - full shift operation)
- Good PC skills
- Passion for technology and customers
- Good knowledge of English and German
