We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced:
**Head of Finance** (M/F/d)**

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the finance strategy of TCB Group in collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

**Your Responsibilities**
- Design and execute the finance strategy in alignment with the CFO to support TCB Group's overall objectives and growth plans,
- Ensure a smooth and successful insourcing of financial accounting from external service providers to an in-house team,
- Lead the Forecasting and Budgeting Process in alignment with organizational goals,
- Oversee the monthly closing of the German GmbH, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies,
- Coordinate the global monthly reporting process, including deviation analysis,
- Prepare monthly and yearly Group Financial Statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS),
- Initiate transparency to facilitate proper decision-making across the organization,
- Prepare presentations for Group Management and Board Meetings, effectively communicating financial performance, forecasts, and recommendations,
- Exercise financial control over important projects, ensuring proper allocation and utilization of resources, and monitoring progress against budgets and targets,
- Lead and build up the finance team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
- Proven experience as a Head of Finance, Finance Manager, or similar role in an industrial, dynamic, and fast-paced environment,
- Start - Up Experience in internationally active companies would be a plus,
- Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and closing processes,
- Proper understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and experience in preparing financial statements,
- Expertise in statutory as well as cost accounting,
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, consolidation software and ERP systems,
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics and LucaNet is a plus,
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present financial information to stakeholders,
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities,
- Fluency in German and English is a must.
