Your Responsibilities As a Financial Accountant at Raisin, you will be an integral part of our international accounting team and report directly to our Team Lead Accounting & Tax. - You provide support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. - You accurately record current business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany, fixed asset accounting, and payroll accounting. - You demonstrate independence and proficiency in handling accounting tasks. - Your responsibilities also include performing GL account reconciliations and analysis. - Furthermore, you actively contribute to process optimization and development within the accounting department. - Collaboration with other departments is an integral part of your role. Your Profile - Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance or training to become an independent accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter/-in). - Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting, ideally in an international company and/or in auditing/tax consulting. - In-depth knowledge of the German Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (HGB) and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as experience in preparing individual financial statements. - Familiarity with the ERP system "Oracle NetSuite" or a comparable ERP system. - Proficient in using modern communication and organizational tools such as Zoom, Slack, Google G-Suite, etc. - High level of social competence, strong communication skills, and personal responsibility. - Independent, structured, analytical, and goal-oriented approach to work. - Excellent English skills and good written and spoken German skills. - Analytical mindset, affinity for numbers, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
