Wir suchen einen Financial Reporting Accountant (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Financial Reporting Teams in Berlin. Als Teil unseres Teams sind Sie für die Finanzberichterstattung der einzelnen Konzerngesellschaften und die Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Prozessautomatisierung verantwortlich.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sicherstellung einer rechtzeitigen, korrekten und vollständigen internen monatlichen/jährlichen Berichterstattung
- Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse nach lokalen GAAP/IFRS
- Entwickeln und Implementieren von Automatisierungs
- und Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen zu Beschleunigung der Prozesse im Bereich Financial Reporting
- Durchführung regelmäßiger analytischer Prüfung der Jahresabschlüsse
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung lokaler gesetzlicher Berichtsanforderungen
- Koordinierung externer (und interner) Prüfungen, Hauptansprechpartner für die Wirtschaftsprüfer und für Kollegen innerhalb der SN Gruppe
- Beurteilung der buchhalterischen Behandlung neuer Geschäftsvorfälle und neuer Rechnungslegungsstandards (lokale GAAP/IFRS)
- Vorbereitung und Einreichung von länderspezifischen statistischen Berichten (z.B. Bundesbankbericht)
- Federführende Beteiligung bei Projekten

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Mindestens 6+ Jahre Erfahrung im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit SAP Finance/Controlling Umgebung
- Kenntnisse in der Einrichtung und Optimierung von Prozessen
- Kenntnisse mit Konsolidierungstools (bspw. Hyperion Financial Management und SmartNotes) von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach IAS/IFRS sowie nach HGB oder anderen lokalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse an Themen der Automatisierung und Digitalisierung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von MS Office Anwendungen '“ insbesondere Excel
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Selbständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
