**Project** Description**:
For a leading German TEIR1 client, we are looking for a Senior Account Director to undertake account management responsibilities and lead the account multidisciplinary team.
You will be held responsible and accountable for the account's business performance (Sales and Operating Margin), managing relationship with the client up to executive level and guiding account personnel.
You will be part of a large international team in an established but still growing organization, focused on people, leadership, customer satisfaction and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales: achievement of in year targets; generate sales leads and bring them successfully to completion; orchestrate and create solution concepts and proposals including winning price identification within the specified Luxoft portfolio; be able to negotiate creatively and successfully turn opportunities into contracts/purchase orders; identify and bring to completion opportunities in existing and new business areas in the group
P&L: accountable for the account profit and loss; monitor, identify and implement solutions to maintain and improve margins and costs with benefit for the customers and with the help of the account team; be accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of the front-end organization: target setting, annual budget planning, resource planning, risk assessment etc.
Strategy: define and implement an account strategic plan; maintain ongoing business; beat the competition; identify and create new areas of growth; increase the customer value
Business Development: proactively and creatively identify new business opportunities within current and new areas in the account
Marketing: promote and tailor Luxoft offering and value proposition; define and lead customer tailored marketing activities
Customer Relationship: maintain and leverage existing relationships; develop new ones; be capable to interact with clients from operational to executive levels (established and trusted client relationship is a plus)
Account Team Management: leadership and coordination of multifunctional team: delivery, finance, contracting, presales, etc.; work closely with the team and the whole account management processes to achieve targets, continuously customer satisfaction and grow the company business.

Technology Domains: Autonomous Driving, Digital Cockpit, Connected Mobility, System Test and Validation, Advisory Services
Regional Responsibility: Global, with focus on Germany and EMEA.

**Skills**:
Must have

Education: A degree in Economics, Sales Management or similar
Successful Sales Record, Negotiation, Communication, Relationship Building, Account Management, Adaptability, International Mindset
Knowledge of modern Automotive technologies including Automotive Embedded SW for Autonomous Driving, Connected Mobility, Digital Cockpit, System Tests and Validation domains
Experience of selling software development services to Automotive OEM-s and TIER1-s.
Good understanding of Automotive industry ecosystem
Articulate, excellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results
Established and trusted client relationship
Knowledge of Digitalization, Data Analytics and Cloud Services solutions and technologies a plus but not core
English, German: professional working proficiency
Experience of working in multi-cultural international environment
