**Job Overview**
As the BD/Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and expanding our market presence in Dresden. This dynamic role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for outside sales and a knack for building lasting relationships. **What you’ll do**
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to capture new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
**Basic qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of achieving targets in B2B environments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales processes.
**Preferred qualifications**
- Strong background in technology sales or technical sales roles.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
