As the BD/Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and expanding our market presence in Dresden. What you'll do

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of achieving targets in B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales processes.

  • Strong background in technology sales or technical sales roles.
