**About us**
**Your mission**
- Strategize - Refine and implement the strategic direction of the TUM VL Healthcare based on scientifically/socially relevant topics in alignment with the overarching TUM Venture Labs strategy
- Lead - Have full operative responsibility for the TUM Venture Lab Healthcare and lead its team with direct reporting to the General Managing Director of the TUM Venture Labs Management gGmbH
- Integrate the TUM and UnternehmerTUM ecosystem - Align closely with stakeholders in academia (Academic Director), startup coaching (TUM startup consultants), and the UnternehmerTUM (Venture Director)
- Develop & implement domain-specific offerings - Be responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of domain-specific education and venturing programs to build a stable pipeline of healthcare startup teams
- Manage infrastructure - Oversee the management of the Health Innovation Space (co-working
- and lab space)
- Engage the community - Activate the healthcare community and instill an entrepreneurial mindset to advance innovations, and provide strategic direction based on economically/socially relevant topics in your talent pipeline
- Network - Represent the TUM Venture Lab Healthcare externally and build a strong network within relevant technology fields, local communities, and with strategic partners

**Your profile**
- Business and healthcare background with 3+ years project management/leadership experience in either academics, venture capital, strategic consulting, start-ups, or corporate environment; entrepreneurship experience is a must
- Completed PhD/M. Sc. preferentially in medicine, biomedical engineering, or similar biomedical areas
- Entrepreneurial mindset with clear enthusiasm for high-tech innovation in the healthcare field
- Profound social and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and cultivate a highly dynamic team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German with a high level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations across hierarchies
