(Senior) UX Motion Designer

About the opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate (Senior) **UX Motion Designer (all genders)** to join the Logistics team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
- Work closely with our product designers to design high-quality illustrations and elevate the quality of motion and interaction throughout the product.
- Collaborate with our Design System team to define and set standards for the motion design language and principles in our design system.
- Develop meaningful and delightful animations while ensuring the brand direction and user’s needs are always centered in the experience.
- Visualize experiences in the abstract and then drive that vision into concise motion design deliverables.
- Work with our engineering teams to ensure effective execution of designs.
- Help us devise a motion design approach and strategy, working closely with our design, engineering, and product teams.
- Build processes, workflows, and guidelines to make motion an integrated part of our product design and experience.

What you need to be successful
- 2+ years professional experience as a UX motion designer.
- 3+ years of design experience with an available portfolio (focussed on UI and motion design).
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting both motion and visual design for platforms such as iOS, Android, and Web.
- Solid understanding of motion principles, best practices, and how motion design can improve the user experience.
- Knowledge of web and app best practices involving device performance and technical constraints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, After Effects, Illustrator, or other prototyping tools, etc.
- Experience with Motion execution using Lottie, Json, HTML, CSS etc.
- Fluent English communication skills.
