Are you a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a dedicated **Quality Control Technician** to join our team and provide essential quality **support for our production lines.**

In this crucial role, you'll be the guardian of our product quality, ensuring everything we produce meets the highest standards.

**Shift**: 2-Shift Operation

**What You'll Do**:
As a **Quality Control Technician**, you'll be at the heart of our production, making sure everything runs smoothly and flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
**Performing In-Process Inspections**:

- You'll conduct thorough checks during production, verifying tightened torques and overall product quality according to our inspection plans. You're our last line of defense

**Managing Production Documentation**:

- You'll create, maintain, and monitor all critical production records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This helps us track our quality journey.

**Troubleshooting and Problem Solving**: When quality issues arise, you'll be on point to:

- Initiate and monitor the **Non-Conformance Report (NCR)** process.
- Conduct structured analysis of defects, pinpointing the root cause of issues.
- Collaborate closely with assembly teams to evaluate problems and develop effective immediate and long-term corrective measures.
- Oversee the implementation of these solutions to prevent future issues.

**Qualifications**
- ** English**:

- You can communicate clearly in (if you also know German, it is beneficial, but not mandatory)
- Experience in rail production is a big plus
