Del Monte (France) is seeking a **Quality Management Coordinator** for its Quality Department, on a **Temporary** contract (more than 1 year), starting **end of 2025 / beginning of 2026.**

Reporting to the Commercial Director Germany based in our offices of Hamburg, you will assist with various tasks:

- Centralization of all the certifications related to our German legal entity
- Preparation, execution, follow-up of IFS, organic, Chain of custody audits as well as supervision of standard compliance.
- Preparation and execution of trainings for quality standards of IFS, organic as well as HACCP, Food Defense, Food fraud and Hygiene.
- Planning, execution and evaluation of traceability tests.
- Evaluation of specification and residue analysis.
- Responsible for coordination of supplier declaration, customer statements including quality agreements.
- Communication with customers, suppliers, internal and external quality departments with regard to claims and quality topics
- Claim handling, settlement and follow-up with QC team.

**Prerequisites**:

- Proven (minimum 3- years) experience as Quality Management Coordinator in a Fruits/Vegetable -production/distribution company
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken, German and English
- Experienced ERP user and knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to conduct thorough audits and inspections
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
