Your tasks
- Responsible for the strategic and conceptual development of BludauPartners’ marketing activities
- Planning, conception and management of all marketing and PR activities
- Content management: content and editorial development of communication activities for print, online and social media as well as management of content formats (e.g. videos, podcasts)
- Brand Management / further development of the “BludauPartners” brand
- Expansion and further development of our Online appearance
- Proactive media relations/PR: achieving press placements, researching and drafting topic pitches, coordination with journalists on deadlines and article ideas, preparing press briefings, media monitoring.
- Segmentation and analysis of relevant markets, competitors and target groups

**Profile**:

- Successfully completed university degree in economics or media studies, ideally with a focus on marketing, or any comparable qualification
- Distinct conceptual strength in combination with a high degree of creativity
- Experience in managing work and coordination processes with internal contacts and service providers as well as efficient project and process management
- High affinity and confident use of digital media
- Profound knowledge of media and PR
- Editorial skills in creating texts for different target groups
- Experienced in using Adobe Creative Cloud
- Fluent German and English skills
- Willingness to take responsibility, hands-on mentality as well as high quality standards for own work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, structured and target-oriented way of working
