You will work closely with the Head of Marketing Europe, contribute your own ideas, and manage projects from concept to execution.You are hands-on, self-driven, and understand the requirements of a highly regulated, complex financial product – including the necessary compliance processes.This position is a fixed-term contract for two years.Key responsibilities:Independent planning and execution of complex multi-channel campaigns (e.g. email flows, reactivation, awareness campaigns)Strategic project support and sparring for initiativesContent creation and adaptation for eCRM, websites, social media, and campaigns (in German)Technical implementation in relevant tools (e.g. Braze, Contentful, Canva)Alignment with the central marketing team in London and close collaboration with eCRM resourcesEnsuring all approval and compliance processes are metCreation of performance reports and identification of optimization opportunitiesContribution to EU-wide marketing initiatives with a German market focusKey experience:At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a regulated industry (finance, insurance, tech)Very strong German language skills (minimum C1+) and excellent English proficiencyUniversity degree in marketing, communications, business, or a comparable qualificationProven experience in the planning and implementation of complex marketing campaignsStrong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate messages clearly and conciselyConfident use of common marketing tools (Braze, CMS, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.)Experience working with cross-functional, international teamsHigh level of ownership, organisational talent, and a solution-oriented mindsetWillingness to dive into complex regulatory topics and requirements
