For our customer in Stuttgart we are now looking for a Head of Accounting (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
- Implementation of a group-wide ERP system
- Independent preparation of multi-level IFRS consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements) incl. notes and all financial statement components in the Group Accounting of the parent company.
- Involvement in the preparation of the consolidated cash flow statement, the capital consolidation and the conducting of the goodwill impairment test
- Independent processing of IFRS questions and special topics; contact person for domestic subsidiaries and foreign mother company
- Critical analysis of the IFRS corporate reporting documents
- Group-wide implementation of external reporting requirements
- Assignment to special projects such as further development of the IFRS group accounting guidelines
- Preparation of ad hoc analyses and evaluations
- Contact person for auditors

Qualifikation
- Completed business studies with a focus on finance and accounting or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in group accounting or auditing with a clear IFRS focus
- Tax advisor and / or auditor certification an advantage
- Extensive experience in the preparation of HGB individual and IFRS consolidated financial statements
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS accounting
- Good SAP knowledge; experience with modern consolidation software (Tagetik)
- Experienced working with MS-Office
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Distinct independent working style
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team, high level of self-motivation and commitment
