Zur weiteren Professionalisierung der Finanzorganisation und zur Strkung des internationalen Rechnungswesens suchen wir einen erfahrenen und global agierenden Head of Group Accounting. Standort: Groraum Gieen Beginn: Zum nchstmglichen Zeitpunkt Verantwortlichkeiten Gesamtverantwortung fr das Finanz- und Rechnungswesen der Unternehmensgruppe Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlsse nach HGB Verantwortung fr die gruppenweite Liquidittsplanung und Konzernkonsolidierung Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung der Buchhaltungsprozesse innerhalb der Gruppe Einfhrung und Pflege von Richtlinien zu Bilanzierung und Treasury Koordination der Themen betriebliche Steuern / Transfer Pricing, Versicherungswesen sowie Forderungsmanagement Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprfern, Steuerberatern, Banken und internen Fachbereichen Fhrung und Entwicklung des Finance-Teams Begleitung von Projekten im Kontext Systemumstellungen und Prozessoptimierung Qualifikationen Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjhrige Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen eines international aufgestellten, produzierenden Industrieunternehmens, idealerweise aus dem Automotive Bereich Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung und Abschlusssicherheit nach HGB, sowie Erfahrung in der Liquidittsplanung und im Treasury-Management Hands-on-Mentalitt und pragmatischer Arbeitsstil mit der Bereitschaft, auch operative Aufgaben zu bernehmen Ausgeprgte analytische Fhigkeiten und hohe Eigeninitiative zur Optimierung bestehender Prozesse Erfahrung in der Einfhrung oder Migration von ERP- und Konsolidierungssystemen wnschenswert Souverne Fhrungspersnlichkeit mit ausgeprgten Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenkompetenzen Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft zu internationalen Gesellschaften Anwendung / Kontakt Wir freuen uns auf die Zusendung Ihres aussagekrftigen Profils unter Angabe Ihres frhestmglichen Startdatums sowie der Referenznummer B5587.
